硅藻土對秸稈纖維水泥基復合板材調濕性能的影響

    摘要:以硅藻土、硫鋁酸鹽水泥和秸稈纖維為主要原材料制備秸稈纖維水泥基復合板材,研究低品位硅藻土對復合板材調濕性能的影響。試驗結果表明:秸稈纖維摻量不變,加入硅藻土改性秸稈纖維水泥基復合板材,硅藻土摻量為膠凝材料質量20%時壓縮強度提高到7.38 MPa。硅藻土加入到秸稈纖維復合材料中可顯著提高其調濕性能,復合板材的最大吸濕量為523.3×10-3 kg/m2,最大放濕量可達398.3×10-3 kg/m2,具有極佳的環境濕度調節性能。

 Effect of diatomite on humidity control properties of straw fiber cement based composites

    Abstract:Diatomite,sulphoaluminate cement and straw fiber were used as the main raw materials to prepare staw fiber cement based composite boards. The effect of low purity diatomite on the moisture control performance of straw fiber cement-based composites was studied. The results showed that when the  straw fiber content remains unchangef, the compressive strength of the composite board was increased to 7.38 MPa when the content of diatomite was 20% of the total cementitious material. Adding diatomite to straw fiber composite material can significantly improve its humidity control performance. The maximum moisture absorption and moisture release of diatomite modified straw board can reach 523.3×10-3 kg/m2 and 398.3×10-3 kg/m2,which has excellent environmental humidity regulation function.
