異形截面鋁合金軸壓構件承載力及局部屈曲研究

    摘要:使用ABAQUS得到異形截面鋁合金構件的承載力,發現我國的鋁合金結構設計規范GB 50429—2007和歐洲鋁合金結構設計規范Eurocode 9對該類截面鋁合金軸壓構件承載力的計算結果相對保守。原因在于2個規范都采用有效厚度法考慮板件局部屈曲的影響,但并不能準確反映局部屈曲程度。使用ABAQUS針對不同寬厚比的箱型截面和工字型截面鋁合金軸壓構件進行參數分析,在中國規范的基礎上給出了建議的有效厚度折減公式,并驗證了建議公式對異形截面鋁合金構件的適用性。

Ultimate strength and local buckling behaviors of irregular-shaped aluminum alloy column under axial compression

    Abstract:ABAQUS is used to obtain the ultimate strength of the irregular shaped section aluminum alloy members. It is found that the results of the ultimate strength of the irregular shaped section aluminum alloy members are relatively conservative in China Aluminum Alloy Structural Design Code(GB 50429—2007) and Europe Aluminum Alloy Structural Design Code (Eurocode 9). The reason is that the effective thickness method is used in both codes to consider the effect of local buckling,but it can not accurately reflect the degree of local buckling. In this paper,ABAQUS is used to analyze the parameters of box-section and I-section aluminum alloy members with different width-thickness ratios. Based on Chinese code,the proposed effective thickness reduction formula is given,and the applicability of the proposed formula to irregular shaped aluminum alloy members is verified.
