異氰酸酯/多元醇防水材料特性對比及工程應用研究

    摘要:針對混凝土工程應用的局限性,從異氰酸酯/多元醇防水材料的合成機理出發,通過對比異氰酸酯/多元醇材料與混凝土材料的相關性能,得到了2種材料在防水特性和力學性能方面的差異,并結合工程案例把該防水材料應用于裝配式地下空間工程,在鋼面板后進行打孔注漿,對軟土位置進行補強,具有較好的防水固化效果。這將為異氰酸酯/多元醇防水材料在地下空間工程的應用提供參考。

    Abstract:In view of the engineering application limitations of concrete composites,from the synthetic mechanism of isocyanate/polyol material,through comparing the related properties of isocyanate/polyol materials and concrete material,this study obtained the differences of the two materials in waterproof properties and mechanical properties. Combining with engineering cases the composite material is applied in prefabricated underground space engineering,punching steel panel after grouting,the reinforcement of soft soil location,it has good waterproof curing effect. This will provide the way for the application of isocyanate/polyol composites in underground space engineering.
